Ginny is so much fun, just being cute in her chair, riding the mechanical horse at the game ranch and rocking Lily's Christmas sunglasses.

Jake's First Post

Lily's first Oreo....
and just exciting, Lily's first gobb.
Making music with Mimi at Thanksgiving
And enjoying her first brat before the Packer game

After two and a half years I thought I would try my hand at posting to the blog since Polly is buried in homework tonight and I have a bunch of picture/videos from my phone that are sure to be fun. (These go back as far as Thanksgiving)

Yellow River Game Ranch

We went to the Yellow River Game Ranch a couple of weeks ago, a wildlife rescue park where the deer roam free and love to eat carrots and corn! There is also a huge petting zoo and a "bunny retirement home," where people donate unwanted domestic rabbits to live out their days in peace and quiet (sort of). :) As you can imagine, our animal lover was in heaven!

Cowgirls

Our friend Audrey celebrated her 3rd birthday on February 6th, so we went down to Madison, GA to celebrate with her. As always, the girls loved hanging out together. Audrey's grandparents have horses, so we got to go for a ride after lunch. Lily didn't want to ride by herself but she was happy to go with Mommy (and I was happy to ride too)! Ginny watched with Aunt Lizza while we went around the pasture, and then Lily and Audrey decided to "take a drive" together in the van...think they wanted to go to "Chick-a-Flay." Next time, maybe??

Hanging out in Mommy's garden tub

I was brushing my teeth with a baby in my arms when Lily said, "Mommy, can I get in your bathtub?" I put Ginny in too and they hung out and had a ball while I was getting ready. They both look like such big girls here!

Ginny's first big-girl bath

Ginny is sitting up well enough that I finally decided to let her try the big-girl bath, and Lily was all about showing her the ropes. And Mommy was all about making matching shampoo-tails...I had been waiting for this moment for a long time!
