New Year's Virtuoso

We spent New Year's in Valpo with Nana, Grandpa Chuck, Mimi, Grandpa Brian, Uncle James, Auntie Ali, Auntie Mimi (Char), and Uncle Kevin. We had a great dinner at Strongbow and Lily made it all the way until 10:30. Earlier, during cocktail hour, she helped her Mimi play the piano. She was determined to figure it out...it was the longest I have seen her focus on anything in a long time! It looks like piano lessons are on order for the near future. :)

Sledding Beauty

On Grandpa Mark's birthday (12/26), we bundled up and headed to the golf course for Lily's first sledding experience. She was a little wary at first, because the hill was pretty big, but once we found a spot that was not quite as high up, she was all about it. And the snow was delicious!

Christmas Day

On Christmas morning, Lily crawled right into her favorite rocking chair at Grandpa Mark's house and watched all of the excitement, and then we headed to Mimi's for the day. We opened SO many presents and ate SO many snacks, and all 4 Mango kids finally played together for the first time. Our little girl was starting to seem so big to us, but Ryder, Quinn, and Abby are so grown up it reminded us that she is still the baby of the crew. And her hair sure does look dark next to her three blondie cousins! :)

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Grandpa Mark and Grandma Bev's house, and we had a nice dinner and LOTS of great presents.

Dinner at Strongbow

The Mangerson family just returned from our very long (over 2 weeks!) trip up north for Christmas, and we have lots of Lily pictures to share. We started our trip by spending a few days with Nana and Grandpa Chuck in Valpo after our 14-hour drive from Georgia, and Lily got to experience dinner at Strongbow for the first time in a while. She was especially impressed by the contents of the bakery, and since she was a very good girl during the meal, she got to eat her first peanut butter cookie for dessert.
